DAV Kala Kendram is a platform for students to explore their interests across performing, visual and literary art forms regardless of their level of expertise.

We facilitate learnings in the form of after-school activities, workshops and regular competitions that nurture a diverse range of artistic expressions in students.

The activities include both traditional and contemporary art forms that are inspired by our deep-rooted Indian culture and its reverence for the “Kalas & Vidyas”.

Through art, students are encouraged towards developing their right brain activity, allowing them to pave a path for their creative expression and imbibe learnings such as personality development, confidence, overcoming stage fear, respect and appreciation for fellow artists, communication skills and building team spirit.
