Film Festival
The day's sophisticated agenda commenced with an insightful filmmaking workshop expertly conducted by special guest Smt. Preethi ji, Head of Film Making dept., LV Prasad Studio Chennai. Japanese (Skit and handicrafts)
The Spoken Japanese Course students from Kalakendram Afterschool presented an impressive skit on Indian festivals like Pongal, Navratri, and Deepavali, showcasing remarkable fluency in Japanese. The event concluded with engaging sculpture and pot-making sessions, giving the guests a hands-on experience of India’s rich artistic traditions.

Katha Utsav (Story telling competition )
Students from Grades 1–12 from various schools showcased their storytelling talents on themes like Panchatantra and Krishna’s life. A special highlight was the participation of Thaathas and Paatis (grandparents), whose captivating narrations were brought to life with sound effects and mimicry by their grandchildren. The event beautifully celebrated the art of storytelling while bridging generations.

Bhajan (Open to all - Singing Competition)
Bhajan Sandhya is in its second successful year with 580 registrations from passionate students across South India. 310 finalists were selected through a preliminary round. The competition was held over two days at multiple venues with 13 juries evaluating the final round. Over 100 prizes were handed out, celebrating talent and enthusiasm.
